Type M2 Heat Exchanger
Custom high efficiency heat exchanger, the perfect upgrade for the supercharged aftercooled vehicle.
With dimensions measuring 11″ tall, 25″ wide, and 3″ deep, our heat exchanger dwarf’s the factory units and the competition. The unit and provides increased cooling capacity increase over stock and smaller custom applications. This results in substantially reduced air inlet temperatures. Reduced inlet temperatures mean more power with greatly reduced chances for detonation under boost under all driving conditions!
Don’t be deceived by “dual pass” claims to superiority. Our is 2-core dual pass design with high density fins. Surface area is king when it comes to cooling capacity, and no heat exchanger on the market gives you the functional surface are ours does.
MercRacing’s high efficiency heat exchanger comes with requested customized mounting hardware for installation on almost any applications.
If you need custom options, we can build almost any size or configuration you require. Need AN fittings? Done! Need special bungs or additional bracing? Consider it done!

Lysholm Twin Screw Repair service
This service will provide the following:
- Replace all bearings
- Replace any damaged seals
- Replace prone to failure plastic spacers with aluminum spacers
- Replace worn or melted snout coupler
- Align rotors after bearing replacement.
Optional metal snout coupler for racing applications available.
Shipping chargers are responsibility of the customer.
Please note: if extreme damage is found on the blower, it will be shipped back to you upon inspection. a findings report will be provided.

Modular highflow inlet – JRSC M62
We are now taking pre-orders for the new and only custom highflow JRSC inlet. Full production units are expected in about 6 to 8 weeks. First come first serve basis.
This unit is pre-ported to allow the use of larger OEM or aftermarket throttle bodies.
Benefits:
- Ability to upgrade throttle body without having to use spacers, just order our simple adapter that matches your TB.
- Increased and smoother air flow due to its larger and direct path from throttle body to supercharger
- No porting necessary
- Hidden vacuum lines for a clean look
- Can easily be polished or anodized (additional costs apply)

This assembly provides an estimated 80% increase in torque capacity and is properly suited for aggressive street use and moderate track use. The Carbon Kevlar material with its alloy backing matched to a performance pressure plate will provide smooth engagement and extended life. 500 mile break-in highly recommended with this set-up. 300 mile break-in REQUIRED with this set-up. (Some kits may not be supplied with all pieces. Please verify with Competition Clutch before ordering).
The 2100 Series kit includes a performance pressure plate, a high torque sprung disc with antiburst steel backed Carbon Kevlar facings, all applicable bearings, and the appropriate alignment tool.

TMI MUTLI / HYBRID 184MM RIGID SUPER SINGLE
Fitment: Acura RSX 2002+, Honda Civic Si 2002+
The Competition Clutch Super Single was developed for cars not quite ready for a twin but needing something more than the conventional Stage 4. The Super Single mirrors a twin disc in the fact that they both are a 7.25″ set up and have a 4140 forged steel flywheel. Unlike the twin, the Super Single only uses one disc and tips the scales around 17-20lbs depending on application.
The Super Single is a must have piece for all-motor/nitrous cars running up to 450whp. Currently available for select applications (Super Single part numbers begin with “4S-”). Please contact Competition Clutch for a complete product offering.

Provides an easy way to fill and inspect flow and fluid condition on your aftercooler system. Can be converted/used as a coolant overflow tank.
