Just a note to let you know how pleased I am with your aftercooler. I had the car dynoed after installation of the aftercooler and a 3 inch pulley. I made 335 whp and 219 wtq on a dynapack dyno. That is an increase of almost 50 whp compared to my previous setup with a 3.4 inch pulley. I am running the stock fuel pump and fuel rail, with ID 750 injectors. I am seeing temperatures after the cooler that are lower at full boost and a 3 gear wot run than I saw with the 3.4 inch pulley uncooled.
The other benefit of your cooler is that the engine runs cooler all of the time. I have a temp sensor in the manifold after the cooler and the aftercooler is cooling the whole manifold and the blower. Installation was easy, and not very expensive. I decided to go with an installation without a surge tank. I have had absolutely no problems with priming the system, or getting the air out of the system.
If I had to choose again, I would choose your aftercooler, without a doubt, or hesitation.
