NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM PARTS
All custom-made, made-to-order, and specially configured parts — including but not limited to custom supercharger kits, custom-spec heat exchangers, and any product built to customer specifications — are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on these items once an order is placed and production has begun.
Return Window
Stock and non-custom items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. The restocking fee does not apply to items that are defective or were incorrectly shipped.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, minus the applicable restocking fee.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be met:
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Must include all original hardware, documentation, and packaging
- A valid order number is required
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order parts (all configurations)
- Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use
- Items returned without prior authorization (RMA required)
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Electrical components once installed
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion. The restocking fee does not apply to defective or incorrectly shipped items.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through one of our websites to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
