Description
Replace those failure-prone, plastic 3.0 TFSI supercharger bleeder screws with the MercRacing 3.0 TFSI Supercharger Bleeder Screw Kit for Aud B8/B8.5/C7/D4 S4/S5/Q5/SQ5/A6/A7/A8 vehicles. The OEM bleeder screws are not designed for multiple uses and the soft plastic can easily be damaged to the point where they no longer can be loosened or tightened. These CNC machined billet 304 stainless steel bleeder screws are tough enough to outlast the life of your vehicle.
NOTE: Do not over-torque the bleeder screws. The maximum torque is 3NM. Over torquing can lead to the bleeder bung breaking off.

Must need upgrade. To get out the plastic ones I had to heat up a decent size Philips screw driver to melt a new Philips head into it (if you use a hammer to tap the screw driver into the plastic screw head be careful not to hit too hard otherwise you’ll mess up the threads and have to tap it, thread pitch is M8x1.0). Take it out and let it cool. It didn’t work for my right side since I snapped it off too far in there (don’t use pliers to try and turn the head it just snaps) so I had to take a lighter to it and scrape the rest out with a pick (yes some plastic bits fell into the supercharger but I’m not worried about it).
