The KSWAP RWD supercharger kit is designed for customers looking with a K24 Honda engine setup. At this time, the K20 block engines are not supported by the kit. FC20 engines are not supported by this kit.
Head unit preparation notes:
The blower unit comes with a number of extra inlet connections. Those connections are vacuum sources and should be used for your brake booster. Make sure to cap off any unused ports.
Do not connect your PCV valve directly to these fittings as it will suck too much oil out of the engine due to the powerful suction from the blower. Use a catch-can for the PCV valve on the engine if desired.
Manifold setup:
Do not use insulating gaskets when attaching the manifold to the engine head. The alignment of the blower inlet requires a solid connection to the engine head.
Adapter Plate and supercharger mounting:
One of the holes on the blower will require you to drill for an M8 bolt. to complete the attachment to the manifold. See photos below:
Aftercooler Hose Connections:
Always set up the flow where the lower fitting is IN-FLOW and the upper fitting is OUT-FLOW.
