A beautifully polished and then DLC coated unit that will outlast the life of your car. DLC stands for Diamond Like Carbon
DLC-coating is extremely hard and thus more scratch-resistant.
The use of this product allows you to run your personalized coolant mix for your setup. You can run distilled water with some water wetter or a small amount of coolant for pump lubrication. Water has better heat capacity and transfer than coolant. The unit allows for full-time air bleeding of the system as the air passes through the heat exchanger it is pushed out into the reservoir. this keeps your water in pristine air-free condition for the best cooling. Air bubbles in the system will reduce performance dramatically.
The unit comes with a bracket that mounts to your car frame for ease of installation.

I havent gotten to install this exact part yet as im in a huge build process, but ive gotten to use merc racings heat exchanger and few other parts and everytime i am super impressed with the performance and how well everything is packed to ensure no damage and his customer service / response time is usually pretty good! Garagetaught and jose make it usually pretty easy to know how to go about the install and the install guides are also very helpful!

Haven’t installed yet but I’m excited, the black dlc coated looks very good, will be putting in with heat exchanger.
